Medical Programs for PDA

What is the purpose of spending thousands of ringgit on a small little PDA when you can get a PC with a dam good specifications already? To me, I want to bring along all those medical programs with me so that in the future while I am working in a hospital I can have them to assist me at work. If you consider that when you can installed those medical programs which cost like at least USD 50 each (BNF55 is USD 89.95!) FOC, you can earn back your investment on a PDA easily!
