MU vs Newcastle

What is Sir Alex Ferguson thinking ? Playing noob players like F.Campbell, Possedon (who the hell is him?) and Rafael (which I get to know him only in FM 2008 and never used him) in an English Premier League opening ? All other major teams like Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool got the 3 points. Chelsea was particularly impressive, can't believe Lamaprd, Deco, Ballack and Joe Cole can played so well together and scoring 4 goals pass David James !

MU oh MU, don't you realized that you need a really good striker up front since last season? Wayne Rooney and Carlos Tevez are both good players but they are not Ruud van Nistelrooy, a lethal finisher ! Come on man... it is time to open your cheque book and get players like David Villa, Huntelaar, Eto or Henry. My personal favourite would be David Villa, providing the final touch which is so important than having various talents in the midfield creating chances but no one can put an end to it...

Cristiano Ronaldo please come back ASAP ! It would be great if MU can splash the cash and get both David Villa and David Silva, MU would become a dream team by then, Glory Glory Man United !

Goodbye Daniel Teoh Chien Yang

I am so sad to hear that a car accident took away your life from your family and friends. May your soul rest in peace and follow the light to a better afterlife. I may not know you really well but it is great to know someone who is so kind, understanding and easy going.

To everyone, drive carefully, saving a few seconds/minutes isn't worth risking your life.

Titi Kerawang

Nowadays it is so hard to find a waterfall in Penang, and it is even harder to find a waterfall with clean water for you to swim and enjoy the water falling down onto you giving you free massage. The waterfall at Botanical Garden no longer allow visitors to enter since about 10 years ago, and I have been looking for another waterfall since then.

Last Saturday I planned to pay a visit to Tropical Fruit Farm, but the admission fee really scares me away. It's RM 25 which includes a person to guide you around and a glass of fruit juice. Student price is only available if you come together as a group. I decided to take out my PDA and search MapKing if there was any other interesting place to go, and then I found out Titi Kerawang Waterfall, which is just a few minutes drive away from Tropical Fruit Farm.

The map to Titi Kerawang, after Teluk Bahang Dam, the two-way road is just like the size of a goat's intestine where you need to drive at a speed of less than 40 kph if you don't want to fall off from the mountain, unless you are driving a car with superb handling like Mini Cooper or Suzuki Swift Sport. Along the road you can find a lot of durian stals, but I don't know whether the price is cheaper than other places.

One of the many durian stalls

You know you have arrived when you see plenty of stalls selling fruits and those typical tourist souvenirs

This is what I meant by goat's intestine road.

This will happen when the road is so small. I can't believe the bus driver managed to maneuver at this kind of road, really need a lot of experience and patience.

The entrance to Titi Kerawang Waterfall

1 minute walk into the waterfall. See the large waterpipe ? It is one of the water supply source for Penangites.

Lower end

You need to climb over a few rocks to reach the upper end of the waterfall. It is not as nice as the Seven Wells Waterfall at Langkawi, but I am happy to find a waterfall with clean water.

A nice place to espace from the heat, especially it is free for all !

Teluk Bahang Dam, 2 weeks ago there was International Dragon Boat Competition, too bad I missed it. However, there were polices from various state competing on last Saturday.

My next stop is Penang Butterfly Farm which I can't remember when was the last time I went there. More details and photos will be posted later.

China Olympic Mascots

These had got to be the ugliest mascots I had ever seen ! White face like ghost (except it is normal for a panda), alien-like character and looks scary to me with their mouth in between eyes

This Pukii mascot of Shanghai Bank at least looks cute, but if it become Olympic mascot may be whenever it appear on Malaysia TV it will be censored

Why so serious ?

These photoshop pictures are really funny ...

Judgement Day on show at 16 September 2008 ?

What is the original source of this picture ? That bomb should be a C4

A good shooter use his instincts under extreme situation, don't you know that ?

Again, what is the original source of this picture ? "Ubah" doesn't mean that you need to do it the hard way, take it easy

I know you paid RM 500 to get your driving license

This is a genius masterpiece translated by a genius !

Remember when you have to beg your parents to buy a TV game that cost you at least RM 100 per game (in a tape) ? Now you can play it for free !

Contra

Eating junk food because of the toy inside ?

Investing money to modify dash car's engine, suspension etc...? Tamiya is very expensive, I bought Audley instead for RM 12.90, that's a lot to me during that time !

Miss watching cartoon and those fictional shows ?

Air Wolf - I remembered it is on show around 11-12 a.m., I am in Standard 1 /2 and I need to go to my grandma's house for lunch before going to school, and I always watch until last minute only rush to eat so just manage to eat very little because of bas sekolah is coming, this is one of my favourite drama that time...

Baja Hitam - Another favourite drama, miss the opening music and trademark punch and kick...

MacGyver - Can't really remember it until I listen to the music and brings back the old memory again...

Bukit Merah Laketown

Arrived there at 9.45 a.m. Sunday, it took about an hour drive from Penang island. This is the first time I went there, so I wake up early in the morning (7.30 a.m.) because I thought I will be spending a lot of time at the waterpark, but it turns out to be a disappointment.

Eco Park and Orang Utan Island is more interesting than the waterpark, at least I can see animal that can rarely be seen in the city. I wonder who would invest to build a resort or hotel there, the lake is dirty, environment is just so-so, seriously not attractive enough to convince tourist to stay overnight. Entrance fee is expensive, I bought the Waterpark Combo for RM 39 which include entry into 4 places - Waterpark, Eco Park, Orang Utan Island, Chairlift or Skycycle. My advice to all people who aren't bringing their kids over there to just purchase the Eco Combo for RM 22 which include entry into 3 places - Eco Park, Orang Utan Island, Chairlift or Skycycle.

Orang Utan Island

The oldest orang utan, born in 1982, which is equal to 26 years old this year.

A male Orang Utan, their genetic composition has 98 % similarity to human, so it is not surprising to see his "pipe" at where it should be

A lot of African babies are starving to death, while Orang Utan's babies are taken care by nurses, live in air-cond room, wearing pampers, serve with milk, sleeping on bed and enjoying life

Eco Park

A parrot standing on my shoulder

These 2 parrots are not visitors friendly according to the staff, don't go near them, they have 2 very sharp weapons, no joke...

Friendly bear winnie-the-pooh, go down if you dare...

Giant phyton

Do you dare to take photo with this phyton?

Otters

Waterpark

Didn't bother to take photo of waterpark

There is a food court which serve reasonably priced food. Waterpark is boring, may be kids will find it fun but I won't come back again.

Leave at 2.45 p.m., on the way back to Penang explored Bukit Tambun for its famous seafood, disappointed again by Howe Kee Seafood Restaurant, so many flies surrounding us, the fish and prawn we ordered are nothing special, perhaps next time I will try the one near the jetty.

香港无线电视节目- [檳城在望] P2

香港无线电视节目- [檳城在望] P3

He decided not to buy any new cars for the state EXCO members as a cost cutting measure in view of current economy; whilst Terrenganu state controlled by BN decided to purchase 14 new Mercedes-Benz E200k to enjoy their life... That's one of the reason why people in Penang vote for Pakatan Rakyat !
